                                           Why Open University?
The Open University (OU) is a distance learning university that offers around 600 courses.
For most courses, students don't need any previous qualifications.
Based in buzzing Camden Town, the OU in London has 100 staff and 850 part-time tutors supporting 18,000 local students by phone, email and through tutorials at 22 study centres across the capital. Staff provide flexible support, tailored to the needs of each individual student and his or her area of study.
The OU out-performed all other universities to be highest rated in overall student satisfaction in the National Student Survey 2012, receiving an overall satisfaction rate of 93 per cent from students in the UK.
OU qualifications are recognised and respected by employers for their excellence and the commitment it takes to receive one.

                                             International Students
Wherever you are in the world, you may be able to study directly with the OU. As one of the world's largest universities, the OU has more than 50,000 overseas students.

The university's open entry policy makes undergraduate study accessible to all, regardless of your academic background.

More and more modules are available anywhere in the world. All study materials and tuition are available online, and you can submit your assignments electronically.

The London regional centre provides students with pre-entry advice and guidance, as well as on-course learner support. This may include face-to-face tutorial meetings.
